About the project
This project aims to determine how existing 'best practice' principles related to transitional justice can be applied to the recently established 'Specialist Chambers' court for Kosovo.
The project will facilitate engagement with academic experts on transitional justice, non-governmental organisations focused on transitional justice in the Balkans, and civil society in Kosovo.
The findings that are generated will be disseminated to academics and the general public, and presented to the Government of Kosovo to facilitate its efforts to ensure the court’s proceedings do not cause civil unrest.
