Netcompany is a leading IT services company that specialises in delivering high-quality digital solutions to clients in various sectors. Since its establishment, Netcompany has been committed to fostering innovation, professional growth, and community engagement.
In August 2023, Netcompany joined the Future Ready Mentoring Programmes, an initiative designed to enhance the career prospects and professional skills of students at the University of Westminster. The programme aims to empower the next generation of professionals through mentoring, providing valuable insights and support from experienced mentors. Netcompany mentors have been helping students and recent graduates understand the options available to them after they graduate and assisting them in navigating the ever-changing job market.
Their participation in the Career Mentoring Programme has significantly impacted both mentors and mentees. Milo Cowell was the first Netcompany mentor to join in 2021, with Kemi Oyemade joining in 2023 and quickly driving engagement and recruiting 13 more mentors, expanding the programme’s reach and influence. Several mentors have shown a long-term commitment to the initiative by continuing their support across multiple programme cycles and students.
Netcompany's contribution has set a benchmark for corporate involvement in educational initiatives, showcasing the value of mentoring in fostering a culture of learning and professional development. Mentees have highly appreciated building professional relationships with experienced mentors from Netcompany.
