A three-year project (2017-20) funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC). The project investigates access to justice for vulnerable and energy poor consumers in Europe. It aims to find out more about whether and how vulnerable and energy poor consumers access justice.
The ultimate goal is to improve vulnerable consumers’ access to justice.
The project is led by Dr Naomi Creutzfeldt and Dr Chris Gill. Naomi and Chris are socio-legal scholars with expertise in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), access to justice and empirical methodology.
