Led by a formal Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee, the University is supported by an EDI Officer, a supportive Human Resources Team, colleague networks, and student groups and societies. These pages provide details on these support networks and our commitments and Initiatives.
Colleague networks
Our colleague networks have been at the forefront of change-making through our equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
By joining our networks, colleagues can benefit both professionally and personally by making a wide range of connections and engaging in such a way that will reward their role within Westminster.

Student groups and societies
UWSU’s success comes from our student communities. This success can be attributed to the efforts of every staff member and our very own Student Leaders, who work around the year to train and deliver key activities that are vital in ensuring students at Westminster have a sense of belonging.
