We're fully committed to creating a stimulating and supportive learning and working environment which is supportive and fair, based on mutual respect and trust, and in which harassment and discrimination are neither tolerated nor acceptable.
Colleagues
Colleagues at the University of Westminster who have experienced bullying and harassment, discrimination, hate crime or sexual misconduct are encouraged to actively seek confidential advice and support via our Human Resources Advisory Team, and view the Diversity and Dignity at Work and Study policy published on our colleague intranet.
Students
Report and Support
At University of Westminster, we are a compassionate community who look out for each other and our collective wellbeing, being actively inclusive and we are actively embracing individual differences. We take responsibility for doing the right thing, even when it feels difficult.
Our Report and Support platform allows all students to report incidences of discrimination, harassment, bullying or any other negative, unwanted behaviour.
