By participating in Westminster Working Cultures Programmes, students will have the opportunity to travel to some of the world’s major cities, immerse themselves in a new culture and hone the skills that will give them a distinctive edge in today’s competitive job market.
Realising unique opportunities for students
Westminster Working Cultures Programmes entail groups of around 20 students undertaking a short visit abroad, giving them a taster of a particular business sector, and the chance to meet alumni and gain professional contacts in the region. The programmes are designed to give students an insight into the global workplace, through activities including:
- Tours of select work places and visits to partner institutions
- Seminars led by alumni or employers
- Skills-building workshops and group activities
