In Nigeria, we have almost 400 alumni who make up a supportive community of University of Westminster graduates. There is an active Nigerian alumni WhatsApp group that graduates can request to join by emailing [email protected].

The network in Nigeria is headed up by a committee of alumni volunteers who are active in building relationships, supporting current students and engaging in recruitment activities for prospective students.

Homto is a successful serial entrepreneur, manager, writer and public speaker. She is currently the Managing Director at StarOil Energy, Managing Director at Duchess H Couture and Creative Director at Khaleed Skincare. Her writing has appeared in magazines and blogs and she has also written a collection of short stories.
Following a BA in Accounting, Homto studied International Business Economics at Westminster and used her experience to build global connections and financial intelligence to run her businesses. She is a proud alumna of the University and continues to actively engage with Westminster students to support their learning and development.
Rockson Igelige (Entertainment Law, 2012)
Rockson is a Principal Partner and specialises in several areas of law including intellectual property rights (including entertainment, sports, media and technology), litigation, alternative dispute resolution and artist management. He is the Co-Head of Law Office at Felix, Igelige and Associates and Managing Partner at Remedium Law Partners.
Following his LLB and being called to the bar in 2006, Rockson came to Westminster for postgraduate study in Entertainment Law. He is co-founder and Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Friends of the Creators Artistic Foundation (FCF), an award-winning NGO that promotes awareness of intellectual property rights in Nigeria. He has also mentored several Westminster students as part of the University’s Future Ready Mentoring programme.
