Cross-Cultural Influences in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry

Our project explores the impact of cross-cultural influences on the tourism and hospitality industry, aiming to enhance the guest experience and operational effectiveness in a globally diverse market. We investigate how cultural differences shape customer expectations, service delivery, and employee interactions within hotels, restaurants, and travel services. By analysing data from various international settings, we identify best practices for managing cultural diversity and fostering inclusivity. Our findings will guide industry stakeholders in creating culturally sensitive environments that cater to diverse clientele, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and business success in the global hospitality landscape.
