Non Liquet: The Westminster Law and Theory Lab working paper series

Outside of the law campus

The Non Liquet series of publications aims to further the critical exploration of law and theory from various radical perspectives. This is a double-blind peer-reviewed series of publications, where the author retains the copyright of their work. We are interested in receiving papers with a theoretical take on law, while particularly encouraging texts on issues of geopolitics, gender and sexuality, law and politics, autopoiesis, environmental justice, law and space, law and economics, and so on.

In recent years, the Lab has concentrated on a series of publications exploring the area of law and the senses. Some of the online publications and issues can be found below. We remain open to proposals for publications on other areas of law and theory, as well as the further exploration of the sensorial in law.
