About the group
The Genomics and Infectious Diseases research group was founded in September 2022 and is based in the Research Centre for Optimal Health, within the University of Westminster’s School of Life Sciences.
The main aim of the proposed research group, in line with the research objectives of the Research Centre for Optimal Health, is to improve the health and wellbeing of the population and utilise host and pathogen genetic and genomic data to gain a better understanding of the pathobiology of infectious diseases.
