North Lodge (Unite Students)

North Lodge is open to: 

• new and continuing undergraduate and postgraduate students on a course at one of our central London campuses (42-week tenancy).

Tottenham Hale Underground station is a five-minute walk away, which connects you to central London in just 15 minutes via the Victoria line. 

Home to 528 students, all rooms at North Lodge come with a private shower room, study desk and storage space. Students share a kitchen and lounge with flatmates. There is an outdoor courtyard, a shared common room with a TV and sofa, and a free pool table. Neighbours include a medical centre, many shops, a gym and many green spaces for all to enjoy outdoor activities. 

What's included in the rent?

The cost of all bills and utilities, as well as high-speed broadband, are included in the rent. 

Contents insurance is also included.  

Basic possessions insurance is also included in the rent and is provided by Endsleigh. The insurance covers basic items such as PCs and laptops in your room.
