Who is the New to the UK programme for?
Moving to a university in another country can be both exciting and daunting. To help you settle into the UK, the University, organises a programme of activities for international students who are new to the UK and starting a degree at the University of Westminster. We will help you meet new people and introduce you to living and studying in the UK.
The programme is not aimed at Education Abroad or Exchange students, who will have a separate programme organised by the Study Abroad team.
When and where will the New to the UK programme be held?
The New to the UK programme will be held over two days prior to the start of enrolment at our Marylebone Campus. The dates for September 2024 are:
- Tuesday 10 September 2024
- Wednesday 11 September 2024
How do I book my place on the New to the UK programme?
The booking invitation will be sent to all new international students who have an unconditional offer on a course and have paid their deposit. Invitations will be sent out from the last week of July on a rolling basis. After you have booked your place you will be sent joining instructions and information about the programme.
