The University of Westminster works in partnership with Kaplan Pathways to offer innovative and flexible pathway programmes to a range of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at Westminster.
You’ll study your course at Kaplan International College London. When you successfully pass the programme at the required level, you’re guaranteed entry to your chosen degree.
Courses are available in a wide range of subject areas to suit your interests and field of study. You can choose between three course types:
- Foundation Certificate for entry to year one of a bachelor’s degree
- International Year One for entry to year two of a bachelor’s degree
- Pre-Master’s for entry to year one of a Master’s degree.
Foundation certificates
If you’ve finished high school but don’t meet the University’s entry requirements, a foundation certificate can help you gain entry to a Westminster bachelor’s degree.
Available subjects:
- Art and design
- Business, law and social sciences
- Science and engineering
International year one courses
If you’ve finished high school with good grades, you may be able to study an International Year One. This course combines university preparation with content similar to the first year of a bachelor’s degree, so upon successful completion of the course, you’ll enter your Westminster undergraduate degree at year 2.
Available subjects:
- Business
- Computer Science
Pre-Master's courses
If you have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent but don’t meet the requirements for a Master’s degree at the University of Westminster, a pre-Master’s course can help you gain entry.
Available subjects:
• Business, law and social sciences
• Science and engineering
All of these course options are also available with an optional online internship. To learn more about them, or make an application, you can visit Kaplan’s website.
