Welcome to your course

We are delighted to welcome you to the Business and Organisational Psychology MSc degree at the School of Management and Marketing.

The induction activities are designed to introduce you to the University, your course and to your fellow course members before you begin your studies and your course leader will be available to advise and support you.

It is essential that you attend all of your induction events, to give you the best possible start to your time with us.

We welcome you to our diverse School community and look forward to working together on exciting modules that encourage active learning, often with industry input. We encourage students to enhance their University experience with work-based learning, placements, and we will support you in your early career. Some of our former students come back to explain their journey and to offer internships and other opportunities; some of you will go on to do the same.

Collecting your ID card and completing enrolment

As part of your induction and to complete your enrolment, you'll need to collect your student ID card.

Teaching starts in the week commencing Monday 20 January and you can check your teaching timetable to see when and where your classes are being held.

Reading list

Your online reading list will give you easy access to the materials recommended by your lecturers. This might include e-books, articles, scanned chapters, databases and online videos. You can also find locations and availability for print books in the library in your online reading list.
