You'll need to re-enrol each academic year or session to confirm you want to continue your studies at Westminster. It's best to re-enrol as soon as you can, to ensure that your student loans or grants are processed in good time.
How to re-enrol
Re-enrolment opens on Friday 3 January 2025.
You can enrol for your next academic year or session online. Eligible students will receive an email inviting them to complete the re-enrolment process.
All current students can re-enrol online, including international students, no matter which year you joined the University. For re-enrolment, we don't need to see you in person.
You simply need to:
- Log in to My Student RecordLogin to My Student Record
- Select the 'Enrolment' link
- Complete the short online task
Check that you're re-enrolled
If you're not sure whether you're re-enrolled already, check your enrolment status in My Student RecordLogin to My Student Record – you'll find it under 'My Self-Service'.
Note that if you're able to access University facilities and online resources, this doesn't necessarily mean that you're re-enrolled.
Re-enrolment deadline
The final deadline to enrol is Monday 3 February 2025. Please contact the Student Centre if you are having difficulty completing re-enrolment.
You can also attend at the late Enrolment Centre, first floor of the library study space at Marylebone Campus. Read more about our enrolment process.
If you're having problems completing re-enrolment, it's vital that you contact us as soon as you can, as if you miss this deadline, you may lose your place on your course.
