The Learning Leader

- Putting learning at the heart of your leadership and those you lead

Overview

Course summary

The Learning Leader course is designed around two core principles:

  • That leaders who are most effective are those who put learning at the heart of their leadership
  • That authentic and engaging leaders have the capacity to reflect and gain meaningful insights into their leadership practice

This course offers carefully crafted, interactive and stretching learning activities that prompt and promote real reflection around your individual leadership practice. It will help you make sense of your leadership role(s) by providing practical frameworks that can guide and help you reframe your leadership approach. It is only by engaging in ‘self-reflective learning’ that leaders can become more conscious and, therefore, become their most authentic, grounded and purposeful selves. Participants will learn how to align their inner values and beliefs with outer expressed leadership behaviours and gain insights into their impact on others at an interpersonal and organisational level.

What our clients say

"As Senior Policy and Projects Officer at London Higher, I manage the pan-London Global Majority Mentoring Programme (GMMP), which aims to improve career progression and diversify the talent pipeline. With this goal in mind, I collaborated with the brilliant Dr. Randhir Auluck and Keith Hunter to co-develop a tailored version of ‘Learning Leaders,’ a leadership development workshop series, as part of our core programme offering for mentees. The result was a safe, reflective space where mentees could critically examine their leadership qualities, empowering them to find their voice and serving as a catalyst for talented Global Majority staff to take the next step in their careers. Testimonials from participants consistently highlight how ‘Learning Leaders’ has profoundly impacted their lives, citing outstanding facilitation, the building of strong networks, and a genuine sense of empowerment."
