Translation and Interpreting MA

This course allowed me to learn from active practitioners in the field, and regular access to specialised equipment on campus taught me what working in a booth is like. Help with professional development was always at hand and visiting interpreters and translators from international organisations gave me great advice on how to overcome difficulties and pursue my career.

Specialised Translation MA

The MA has broadened my horizons concerning translation theory and increased my confidence in my professional skills. I think the course is the perfect mix of practice and theory, it offers heaps of opportunities to start building a network, to gain additional insights and get information on how the industry works.

Spanish and English Language BA - 2022

My time spent at Westminster was sincerely the best three years of my life, and I couldn't be happier to have made this decision. I’m honestly sad that soon I will graduate, but at the same time so grateful for everything – the memories made, the experiences I had, my awesome lecturers that taught me, the friends I made, and my path of self-growth.

Facilities

Students on our language courses will have access to industry-standard computer-assisted translation tools. We have two state-of-the-art conference interpreting labs, allowing Interpreting students to practice their skills in simulated workplace scenarios.
