Air Transport Planning and Management MSc- 2024

The best aspect for me has been meeting and networking with professionals from the aviation industry.

Why did you choose the University of Westminster?

I chose the University of Westminster because of the excellent course lecturers whom I first encountered at a conference. Their expertise and passion impressed me. Additionally, the modular nature of the course allowed for a flexible and personalised learning experience.

How has your experience been studying in London?

Since I already live in London, the convenience of the course location was a significant benefit. I was able to balance my studies with my existing life in the city.

What have you particularly enjoyed about your course?

I particularly enjoyed the practical assignments, which allowed me to apply what I learned in a hands-on way. The assignments were the most beneficial, providing ample time to think thoroughly and develop my ideas.

How have you found academic support as part of your studies?

The academic support has been excellent, particularly through the discussion sessions. I found it particularly helpful to have recordings of these sessions available, allowing me to review and better understand the material.

What would your advice be to someone considering studying at Westminster?

My advice would be to research the different types of study modes available at Westminster   to find one that suits your schedule. While the Marylebone campus offers excellent resources consider visiting other campuses, such as Harrow, to see which study environment suits you best.

What's the best aspect of being a University of Westminster student?

The best aspect for me has been meeting and networking with professionals from the aviation industry. This has provided valuable insights and connections I wouldn't have gained otherwise.

What was the most surprising or unexpected aspect of your Westminster experience?

The group work was surprisingly positive. I initially expected to dislike it, but it was effective and rewarding. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'm grateful for it.
