Although London is a big city and sometimes can be a bit overwhelming, I have found great friends here that have become like family. London has offered so many networking connections for me that I will definitely use while continuing my career path. 

Why did you choose the University of Westminster?

I chose the University of Westminster because it is renowned for its quality education and has an excellent reputation in various academic fields. Attending a well-respected institution was a priority for me. Additionally, I found a program that offered everything I was looking for. Westminster's ability to attract a diverse and international student community was particularly appealing since I am an international student. This made it easier to form friendships with people from different backgrounds. The university's strong industry connections, business relationships, and impressive track record of graduate employability further convinced me to study here.

How has your experience been studying in London?

It has been great. Although London is a big city and sometimes can be a bit overwhelming, I have found great friends here that have become like family. London has offered so many networking connections for me that I will definitely use while continuing my career path. 

What have you particularly enjoyed about your course?

I have thoroughly enjoyed the diversity of my course. Being able to explore different aspects of the fashion industry, has always been a dream of mine, and this course has made it possible. It allowed me to be as creative as I want while also delving into the business aspects of the industry.

How have you found academic support as part of your studies?

The academic support has been exceptional. All my lecturers have been incredibly helpful, and I've never hesitated to seek assistance. It's evident that everyone is dedicated to helping and motivating students.

Are there any stand-out facilities associated with your course?

Yes, the Harrow campus offers a range of facilities that encourage creativity and exploration.

Tell us about any activities that you have undertaken outside of your course (e.g. course related trips, study abroad, sports clubs, societies and any competitions)?

I had the opportunity to work with the Gallery Cafe on the Regent Street campus, where my artwork was displayed. Joining the climbing society has also been a lot of fun.

What would your advice be to someone considering studying at Westminster?

I would definitely recommend studying here; I have no regrets. There are numerous opportunities to explore different areas of interest and meet new people.

What's the best aspect of being a University of Westminster student?

The best aspect is the sense of community. I've had the privilege of meeting many wonderful people, including inspiring and helpful tutors.

What was the most surprising or unexpected aspect of your Westminster experience?

One surprising aspect was the university's active presence on social media. It's a nice touch that makes you proud to be a student here.
