Why did you choose the University of Westminster?
Attending the postgraduate open event at Westminster helped me explore additional learning courses that I could do alongside the Master’s and I had the opportunity to meet with the Course Leader, who answered my questions. I knew the course structure was one of the best, as the Business School was an accredited Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD) Centre and the course aligned with the CIPD Profession Map.
How has your experience been studying in London?
It has been great! I have had the opportunity to meet amazing lecturers with expertise, but also students and connections across the world with a range of experiences and knowledge.

The staff teaching the course are approachable and excellent at what they do. They provide support through the modules, so you know what to expect and are available to answer questions. Due to the diversity of students on the course, there was a variety of different sectors and cultural experiences in the discussions which I found very interesting.
How have you found academic support as part of your studies?
Amazing and faultless. Always available to help and support when required. This was somewhat important to me, especially when it came to assessments/assignments and tests.

What would your advice be to someone considering studying at Westminster?
It is a great opportunity to study this course at the University of Westminster. You learn so much from the academics, who are experts in their industry. The course gives you many optional modules to choose from. You can learn and develop skills that are useful in your career such as presentation, critical thinking, practical skills for negotiation, etc. Above all, your student journey is supported every step of the way.

The range of facilities and support available as well as extracurricular opportunities. Coming to the University of Westminster is primarily for a Master’s degree but there is more you can add to that journey eg a Microsoft Office Certification course, Web Development with Code First Girls, etc.
