Students from across the University of Westminster are showcasing their creativity, passion and hard work in degree shows throughout the summer of 2021. Here we provide a list of inspiring online degree shows, which will be updated as new shows emerge, to celebrate the incredible work of the students and staff who have made them happen in such a challenging year.
2021 BA Fine Art Mixed Media
The School of Arts is hosting the 2021 Degree Show by Fine Art Mixed Media BA (Hons) at Ambika P3 which will showcase the freshest of contemporary art from 21-25 June. Numbers to the event are strictly capped and only those successfully registered on Eventbrite will be permitted access to the show. Book your ticket via the Eventbrite webpage.
OPEN 2021
The School of Architecture + Cities online degree show, OPEN 2021, will feature the works of more than 750 students, drawing on the vast body of developmental and finished work imagined and realised over the course of the last academic year. It will transform student work into digital assets, creating an extraordinary display of new architecture and a compelling visitor experience.
The School has created an engaging new platform that celebrates the openness and diversity of the University of Westminster’s Architecture and Design students and includes an extensive range of creative student work from first year to graduation.
OPEN 2021 opens on 17 July and the exhibition will continue online until 30 September via the OPEN 2021 website.
Westminster Degree Show
This year the School of Arts and the School of Media and Communications have collaborated to create the Westminster Degree Show. This online platform showcases graduate student projects from both Schools with representation from almost all of the courses involved including Fashion Design, Fine Art Mixed Media, Film and many more. The achievements gathered in the show reflect the diversity of subjects, the student body and their aspirations.
The Westminster Degree Show 2021 website is live now and features a live events sections, with online events planned by various courses across the two Schools.
