Westminster partners with local organisations to deliver programme of conversations on equality, diversity and inclusion

As part of the University of Westminster's ongoing commitment to ensuring Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) is at the heart of everything it does, its Westminster Conversations series will see out 2022 with a colourful autumn programme of events.

Three students seated and talking

The upcoming events are run by the University’s student and colleague networks, covering topics such as faith and spirituality, decolonisation, neurodiversity, and sexual and gender-based violence.

The sessions will be delivered alongside committed, grassroots organisations with the aim of promoting them as far and wide as possible. They are all free to attend.

Speaking about the upcoming events, Professor Dibyesh Anand, the University’s EDI Committee Co-Chair, said: “Challenging prejudices and celebrating diversities is integral to the University's EDI strategy. These conversations are meant to engage students, colleagues and members of public in working together to bring about a cultural change within and beyond the University.”
