Professor Mark Watson-Gandy, a Part-Time Visiting Lecturer at the college of Liberal Arts and Sciences, was featured in an article published by the magazine Business Money about the University’s roundtable event to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Corporate Finance Law LLM.
Watson-Gandy attended the event with Florin Coseraru, a Part-Time Visiting Lecturer on the course, Modwenna Rees-Mogg from Angel News and Philip Salter from The Entrepreneurs Network. The audience at the roundtable was comprised of law graduates who took part in a lively debate on the role of financial technology in the start-up market and business finance in general.
The course, originally called the LLM in Venture Capital Law, was heralded as “ground-breaking” at the time of its inception in both content and the proposed teaching methods.
