WeNetwork, the Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Hub at Westminster, announces launch of its 23-24 Enterprise Programmes. Designed to cater to the evolving needs of students and graduates, these initiatives focus on fostering entrepreneurial spirit, freelance expertise and employability skills.
One of the programmes, Start-Up 101, is tailored for those with a business vision. It aims to provide the tools necessary to transform innovative ideas into viable commercial ventures. Participants will immerse themselves in a nine-week programme, comprising expert-led workshops, networking events and practical field trips. Students involved have the opportunity to gain in-programme funding and a chance to compete in the Big Idea Competition for additional financial backing.
Another programme is Freelance Essentials - a collaboration between WeNetwork and UnderPinned. This programme is a must for aspiring freelancers. Spanning 10 weeks, participants will be privy to a series of sessions focused on establishing and nurturing a successful freelance career. From expert-led workshops and networking events to exclusive funding opportunities.
The final programme is the Skills Lab. The Skills Lab Events stand out as a series of singular workshops dedicated to imparting innovative knowledge crucial for modern entrepreneurs and freelancers. Covering emerging subjects, these sessions are tailored to provide attendees with practical insights into the latest technologies, business models and mindset training. With no limit on attendance, participants are encouraged to join multiple sessions to broaden their horizons.
