South Africa

Studying at the University of Westminster, you'll be in the heart of London – with all the opportunities the city has to offer on your doorstep.

Our students join us from over 160 nations and we boast a worldwide alumni community to join when you graduate.

For more information on what London and the University of Westminster can offer you, have a look at our Student life pages.

The University of Westminster’s Africa Media Centre promotes collaborative research on African film, media, communication and social change, and often hosts conferences and guest lectures in London.

Most recently, Westminster academics from the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment were awarded a major £500k grant for an urban transformation project in South Africa. The project aims to develop and test an environmental and construction management toolkit, helping local communities in informal settlements in South Africa to be self-reliant and resilient over the long-term future.
