Manuel Heichlinger has been working in Talent Acquisition for over 15 years in Germany and the UK. During this time, he has gained experience at numerous household names in the professional services, staffing and technology sectors, recruiting talent across EMEA from graduate up to executive level. In his current role at LinkedIn, he manages all recruiting for the UK, France, Germany and Austria. Manuel is very passionate about diversity, inclusion and belonging, as well as creating a beautiful candidate experience for all LinkedIn applicants. One thing that is not on his LinkedIn profile is that he is the proud uncle of a 3-year-old niece!
