Join alumnus Manuel Heichlinger and alumna Rituja Ravikiran Rao as they provide insight into what you can do to master your personal digital brand.
Manuel will talk from a recruiter’s perspective in terms of what they look for in a digital CV and digital footprint, and Rituja will be a voice for the more recent graduate and current student, giving advice on what she does/ did to master her digital brand. The speakers will also cover topics such as:
Defining your professional brand
Making the most of your LinkedIn profile
Practical advice and resources
Manuel and Rituja will answer questions during the Q&A after their presentations.

About the speakers
Manuel Heichlinger, Director People & Recruiting, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Samsara (MA Human Resource Management, 2012)
Manuel Heichlinger has been working in Talent Acquisition for over 16 years in Germany and the UK. During this time, he has gained experience at numerous household names in the professional services, staffing and technology sectors; recruiting talent across EMEA from graduate up to executive level. In his current role at Samsara, he is responsible for all people and recruiting matters for all European Samsara employees. Growing up gay in a small town in Southern Germany, Manuel is very passionate about diversity, equality and inclusion, as well as creating a beautiful experience for all Samsara candidates and employees.
Rituja Ravikiran Rao, Project Manager, IT Consultant and Project Manager, Sparta Global (BA Hons Journalism, 2018)
Rituja Rao is an emerging thought leader in the UK Tech Industry with a background in digital transformation and change management. She is currently an IT Consultant and Project Manager at Sparta Global, working with clients across Fintech, Banking and IT industries. Rituja is also an industry speaker, speaking about graduate careers in tech regardless of STEM degrees, diversity and inclusion and career management. Rituja is keen on openly sharing her story – bagging a job in a tech role, straight out of university with a non-tech degree – to inspire graduates to join tech. She is also a strong advocate of skills diversity in tech organisations. Rituja is the Winner of the Future Star of Tech: IT Manager award 2020 and was nominated as the Digital Hero of the Year at the Computing Digital Technology Awards 2019. She was recently awarded the Women on Boards Bursary 2020 and is a Trustee and Board Director for Being Woman Charity UK. Rituja is also a Tech Talent Charter Ambassador and one of the first 100 TechUp Women. She is a blogger, writing about all things digital and her latest venture in the pipeline is a YouTube channel about mental health during early careers and millennials.
