Join us for a crucial conversation about enhancing the wellbeing of our refugee students at the University of Westminster.

Fostering a supportive and inclusive environment is paramount to the success of our refugee student community. This roundtable discussion will bring together key stakeholders including members from Refugee Education UK and Breaking Barriers to explore how the University can best meet the unique needs of our refugee students and promote empowerment.

Panellists include:

  • Lydia Nyachieo: Higher education coordinator, Refugee Education UK
  • Ilaria Tarulli: Head of languages programme, Breaking Barriers
  • Sam Pordale: Research Assistant at the University of Warwick, Faith Strategic Partnership Group (FSPG), the West Midlands Combined Authority
