The Democracy Network and the Centre for the Study of Democracy is celebrating the launch of 'Collaboration for democratic change: a guide for practitioners and academics'.
About the event
Given the pressures democracy in the UK is under, collaboration between practitioners and academics is needed more than ever, but it can be challenging. The Guide is a first step in helping to ensure future collaborations have the best chance of success.
The evening will begin with a panel discussion amongst practitioners, academics and funders exploring the challenges and opportunities for collaboration. This will be followed by roundtable discussions on how we can take this agenda forward through The Democracy Network and other channels, with lots of space to network over food and drinks.
