Dr Orna Rosenfeld is an award-winning urban strategist, author and global advisor on housing (see Dr Orna Rosenfeld's website). In 2021 Orna won a prestigious Social Impact Award for her work on the advancement of affordable housing around the world and was presented with the honour at the Study UK Alumni Awards Europe hosted by the British Council. She works with international organisations and banks, governments and cities to help advance housing knowledge, policy and investment in pursuit of inclusive urban futures. In this conversation, she will talk to Mehrdad Borna, a current doctoral student in the School of Architecture and Cities, about using the period of doctoral study to put in place foundations for an exciting and influential postdoctoral career.
