The Graduate School Festival is back for 2023!
About the event
We are pleased to announce that the programme for the third Graduate School Festival, which takes place throughout the week of 5–9 June, is now available online and that registration has opened.
Each year the Festival gets bigger and better – and this year is no different! With a range of in-person and online events, the Festival is a chance for us to showcase and celebrate the work of our Doctoral Researchers, so please show your support by attending one or more of the events happening throughout the week.
Programme
The programme includes:
- Monday 5 June: Festival and Image Competition Launch Event (Fyvie Hall)
- Tuesday 6 June: “One in a Million”: Stories of solidarity, survival, and success inside the Ivory Tower, Professor Heidi Safia Mirza, Keynote Lecture, Regent Street Cinema
- Wednesday 7 June: Thinking of Doing a PhD Panel (Online)
- Thursday 8 June: GS 3 Minute Thesis (3MT) Final (Fyvie Hall)
- Friday 9 June: Research Marathon (all over London!) and Festival Closing Social (Fyvie Hall)
There will also be 'In Conversation with......' events with Doctoral Researchers throughout the week and a ‘takeover‘ of the Doctoral Dialogues Podcast series by Doctoral Researchers in CREAM.
