Join us for this exciting international workshop on diasporic Chinese museums jointly organised by the Hub on Migration, Exiles, Languages, and Spaces (HOMELandS) Research Centre of the University of Westminster and the Chinese Heritage Centre of the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
About this event
This workshop is organised as part of the “Global Diasporic Chinese Museums Network Initiative” which has received funding from the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) and the Chinese Heritage Centre at NTU.
Building upon the successful online public talk series and the first in-person workshop on the topic in Singapore, this workshop will bring together museum curators, directors, migration and museum researchers and industry experts from Canada, the US, France, Australia, Singapore and the UK to share views and practices on developing diasporic Chinese museums across borders.
