Welcome to Energy and Environmental Change MA
Welcome to the School of Social Sciences at the University of Westminster! We provide an inclusive experience for all of our students, who are a vital part of our vibrant and dynamic community.
Our School brings together psychology, criminology, politics and international relations and sociology. We also have the Democratic Education Network (DEN), a hub for student-led projects that help develop a sense of community among students and connect them to London-based organisations as well as our global university partners.
By joining our Energy and Environmental Change course, you'll become part of a dynamic community motivated by intellectual curiosity and the pursuit of social justice. You'll be taught by active and award-winning researchers whose books and articles are groundbreaking and contribute to a better understanding of how our societies work. The teaching team are widely recognised as providing excellent support to our students, and you'll be trained in critical thinking and research skills that will set you up for your professional future.
This information gives you a brief idea of the events taking place during Arrivals Week (17-21 January). This week marks the beginning of your future at the University. You will be able to explore the university and meet other new students.
By the end of Arrivals Week, you'll have everything you need to start your classes on Monday 24 January 2022. We hope you'll have had some fun too!
