Let’s come together on Thursday 10 October to talk about, support one another and show that mental health matters.
Life as a student can be both fulfilling and demanding. But here's one secret; find that perfect study-life balance. We're all different, with unique needs, so discovering what works best for you is key.
It’s essential to find a balance that works for you, acknowledging that we all have different needs.
Consider exploring your mental wellness by taking small steps. These steps might offer you a sense of positivity and help you navigate the challenges of life.
Remember, your wellbeing is at the core of your journey to success. As we observe World Mental Health Day, let’s embrace this opportunity to prioritize our mental health and support one another.
Activities on the day
Join us this World Mental Health Day at Harrow campus to connect with each other in our World Mental Health Day Fair, hosted in partnership with the Student’s Union (UWSU).
Stalls will be on site at the Forum in Harrow campus and will include games, provide coping strategies tips as well as information on all the support available to help you stay on top of your mental and emotional wellbeing.
The University’s student support services team will be chatting about all things ‘Burnout’ with UWSU Vice-President for Welfare.
