Following last month’s devastating earthquake, we want to let our students from Myanmar know about the support available to them – particularly as exams and assessments approach.

Mitigating circumstances
If you're facing disruption to your studies as a result of the earthquake, you can apply to delay your assessments through our mitigating circumstances process. Please note that you will not be required to submit any evidence if your application relates to the earthquake.
To find out more, please contact the Student Centre, either by:
- Chatting with the team via Live Chat – by clicking on speech bubble icon on the bottom right corner of the Student Hub web page, or
- Raising a ticket via Compass
Support for your studies and wellbeing
As well as reaching out to the Student Centre, you can contact your personal tutor for support and advice.
You can also visit our dedicated Student Wellbeing webpage, where you can find a range of support resources, including our Counselling and Mental Health Service.
Our thoughts are with all those impacted by the earthquake – please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need support at this time.
