Earlier this week we issued a statement of support from the University of Westminster to all those affected by last week’s earthquake in Morocco.
It is devastating to see another such natural disaster occur so soon after and our thoughts are with all those affected by the floods in Libya.
Our support services for colleagues and students continue to be available and we strongly encourage any who needs extra support, emotional or practical, to reach out. Students can contact their personal tutors or to visit the University’s dedicated Student Wellbeing webpage and colleagues are encouraged to talk to their managers or access the Health and Wellbeing resources available to all colleagues via our SharePoint Intranet.
The Disasters Emergency Committee are monitoring the situation and sharing updates on the Libyan Floods and Moroccan Earthquake situations.
