We’re pleased to announce that the information helpdesk at the Student Centre in Marylebone will be open from Monday 16 August for in-person queries.
The Student Centre can provide help, information and support about a diverse range of services and support. The team can also help you to book appointments across different services online via EngageGo to Engage.
The information helpdesk will be available from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
For online queries, you can continue to use the Student Hub Live Chat service which is currently open Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm. Outside of these hours, please check the Frequently Asked Questions for help and send an email to get a response within two working days.
