Since Monday 28 February, the Student Centre Helpdesk at Marylebone Campus and Hub Chat have extended their opening times to Monday-Thursday 10am-6pm and Friday 10am-5pm during term time only.
The Student Centre provides valuable guidance on services to make a real difference to student life and wellbeing.
The team can answer a large number of general queries and provide information about a diverse range of services and support.
They can also help you to book appointments across different student support services online via Engage.
How to contact the Student Centre
If you have a general question, or if you’d like to talk to someone but you’re unsure which team to speak to, you can:
- Speak to a Student Centre team member via our Student Hub live chat (found on the bottom-right section of the Student Hub homepage). The live chat is now available Monday to Thursday (10am – 6pm) and Friday (10am – 5 pm)
- Email us at [email protected]. We will respond to your query within 48 hours
- Visit us in person at the Student Centre helpdesk at Marylebone Campus. The helpdesk is now open Monday – Thursday (10am–6pm) and Friday (10am–5 pm)
