Join our Foundation Mentoring Scheme as a mentee or mentor

Are you someone who enjoys meeting and supporting people, making new connections and building new relationships? Or are you new to Westminster?

If so, the Foundation Mentoring Scheme is looking for people like you, to join as either a mentor or a mentee.

The Foundation Scheme provides support for new Foundation students as they adjust to university life. If you are an undergraduate student and would like to share your experiences and learning tips with new Foundation students, join us as a mentor. To become a mentor and for further information watch this video.

If you are starting your Foundation year and would like to hear from an experienced student, join us as a mentee. To become a mentee and for all other information watch this video.

Mentors will be matched with mentees from the same degree course. You will be expected to meet face to face every four weeks for up to an hour throughout semesters one and two. No formal teaching takes place and no preparation is needed for the meetings. We provide training for mentors who also receive employability points.

If you’re a good listener and enjoy helping others, want to gain confidence and develop your organisation and leadership skills, or want to expand your network, join our Foundation Mentoring Scheme!

To sign up, please fill out the registration form.
