Your wellbeing
Free warm breakfasts and affordable lunch meal deals are just some of the ways we support our physical and mental wellbeing at Westminster.
All students can make use of our free Regent and Harrow gym facilities – to secure your free membership, simply drop by and speak to a member of the team. Find out more about the facilities here:
You can also get involved in your Students’ Union ‘Dragons Active’ programme, which provides inclusive and welcoming sessions for those looking to try a new activity or to socialise in a fun, friendly environment.
Please also remember that there is a range of wellbeing resources and activities available to you – including counselling and mental health support – which you can find on your Student Hub or Students’ Union website. If you need support, please reach out to your personal tutor or come to us directly at the Library and Student Centre or Students’ Union.
