Working on campus

Working while you study will not only provide you with some extra cash but also enhance your employability, widen your networking opportunities and give you the chance to meet new people and make new connections.

There are many work opportunities on campus that you can take advantage of.

Talent Bank

The Talent Bank gives you the opportunity to apply for paid temporary and part-time work across all campuses and various departments within the University of Westminster.

It is also a scheme through which University of Westminster departments can quickly appoint staff to fill part-time vacancies, for both casual and longer-term roles. Talent Bank provides you with the opportunity to ‘earn while you learn’ and develop your skills and experience, yet also provide an efficient means for departments to fulfil vacancies.

Student Ambassadors

You can work as one of our student ambassadors, who help with Open Days, attend higher education fairs at local schools and colleges, and deliver presentations to school pupils on topics relating to higher education.

Student ambassadors give pupils at schools and colleges an authentic idea of what life is like at university. Hearing about your personal route into higher education can also encourage others to aim for a university education.
