Talent Bank

Talent Bank is currently open for applications from current students. As part of the registration process, you'll need to complete the Talent Bank Pathway on Engage, which will help you understand how the scheme works. Once completed, you will be able to access the exclusive jobs and training that we offer.

What is the Talent Bank?

Talent Bank is a member-only scheme that offers students the opportunity to apply for a range of part-time roles across various departments within the University of Westminster. It’s a fantastic opportunity to find a job that works around your studies, develop transferable skills, gain valuable professional experience and increase your job prospects after graduation. When you register for Talent Bank, you'll be expected to attend a dedicated introduction session and make use of the resources available on Engage to ensure you’re equipped to submit quality applications to your chosen roles.

The scheme is open to all fully-enrolled students, although students must be residing in the UK to take up a role in line with University policy.

The roles offered by Talent Bank vary each year and depend on demand from University departments. Students who are Talent Bank members are not guaranteed to get a job through the scheme.

Please note: Talent Bank is only open to current students at the University of Westminster. Prospective students or graduates are not permitted to register.
