Ambika P3 is a space for contemporary art and architecture, developed from the vast former concrete construction hall at the University of Westminster. Located in the heart of central London, Ambika P3 is a distinctive space for contemporary art and architecture which presents a public programme of solo and group exhibitions, education projects, talks and events.
Its size is unique for an exhibition space in crowded central London’s West End. Dedicated to innovation, experimentation and learning, Ambika P3 operates as a laboratory and meeting place for practitioners, industry and academia.

Court for Intergenerational Climate Crimes (CICC): The British East India Company on Trial
Friday 4 April - Thursday 24 April 2025
Putting the British East India Company on trial, 425 years after its founding and 168 years after its dissolution in 1857, expands notions of intergenerational justice. It raises questions about reparations for crimes that transcend generations and examines how dissolved entities, like the EIC, endure as legal, institutional, and ideological frameworks for extractive capitalism and imperialism, perpetuating ecological collapse.
Following the public hearings, Ambika P3 will host an installation with selected materials from the tribunals in combination with the CICC School: an ongoing programme of lectures, workshops, screenings and trainings to deepen the relationship between artistic and legal imaginaries in the struggle for climate justice.

Ambika P3’s recent artists exhibitions and commissions include Keith Wilson, Richard Woods, David Ward, Alison Wilding, Boyd Webb, Richard Wentworth, Richard Long, Jannis Kounellis, Anthony McCall and David Hall. Partners include the Architecture Foundation, Arts Council England, British Council, RIBA, Dance Umbrella, Sprovieri Gallery, Sprueth Magers London, the Photographers Gallery and Artangel.
Umbro 100: Sportswear x Fashion
An exhibition showcasing how sportswear has evolved from its functional, athletic, and sporting roots to become the daily uniform for billions of people around the world. Founded in 1924, the British company Umbro has been central to this revolution.
Anatomy of Structure
A major show that presented an action-packed live robotic construction and other innovations that transform the way we build now and in the future.
Hyphen
Hyphen was an exhibition of research-in-practice by PhD candidates and alumni at the University of Westminster.
Invisible Men
The University of Westminster Menswear Archive staged the most extensive exhibition devoted to menswear in the UK.
Falling Away
The exhibition 'Falling Away' brought together Catherine Yass’s vertiginous film installations. It spanned the past two decades and included a new work made in response to the impact of COVID-19 and global warming.
