About me
Tricia Price is a Senior Academic/Principal Lecturer and HRM Development Manager. Her departmental responsibility is to initiate and develop new programmes and assist with the marketing of the HRM Department. Her specialisms are Law and Organisational Behaviour. Her background is in import/export and the hotel and leisure industry. Her teaching covers a number of managerial areas including team development and interpersonal skills for business. Tricia is also responsible for teaching employment law to personnel managers. In contributed a chapter on employment law in the publication Exploring Human Resources Management . She advises community charities on human resource issues and acts as an arbitrator in disciplinary issues. She has developed outdoor training schemes for managers as well as undertaking a number of assignments to train managers for voluntary service sector companies.
