About me
I joined the University of Westminster in 2016, where I am now a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and Organisational Psychology.
Teaching
My teaching is mainly in the areas of business and organisational psychology, organisational behaviour, and individual differences. I have a long-standing interest in understanding the personality traits and preferences of individuals in the workplace.
Research
My research revolves around how people in organisations behave, particularly when working in teams, during conflicts, and when making decisions. I focus on examining the associations between personality traits, team roles, conflict management styles, and decision making styles in relation to employee performance, job satisfaction, and climate for innovation. Much of my work has been carried out through adopting the quantitative approach and using well established instruments.
