Currently conducting a PhD in Sociology at the University of Westminster on the Palestinian electronic music music scene through exploring resistance, music, affect, class and mobility.
I hold an MSc on Social Sciences Research Methods from the University of Bristol. Previously, I studied a double BA at the University of Valencia in Law and Political Science (2013-2018).
I am particularly interested in questions of popular culture, intersecting with power and resistance, especially electronic music and dance scenes in non-regulated spaces (DIY practices).
