About me
I am a Nutrition & Dementia researcher with a focus on dietary ketosis (using coconut oil and food based interventions) to prevent age related memory loss. I believe in the power of food in disease prevention and maintenance of good quality of life.

Research
My research focuses on the effect of dietary intervention using food based approaches to delay age related memory loss in MCI patients and older adults. I mainly focus on the effect of coconut oil and dietary ketosis on delaying memory loss.
