The Centre for Resilience (CfR) is dedicated to understanding and addressing the complex and multifaceted challenges, adversities, and issues that society faces today. With a mission to explore resilience at all levels, from the cellular to the societal, the CfR has been involved in research and knowledge exchange with organisations and communities since its inception in 2013.

The CfR was initially established with the aim of supporting organisational and community resilience in the public, private and health sectors through our ResilienceLab360 assessment, consultancy, coaching and training. Our vision and scope has since extended bringing together research groups in Aging biology and age-related diseases, Community Health Resilience and Wellbeing and Pathobiology and Extracellular Vesicles

At CfR, we believe the challenges we are facing require broad thinking, interdisciplinarity and community collaboration.
