Payments for appointments are collected in advance where possible. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours from your appointment time are non-refundable unless there is a legitimate reason for cancellation, and you will be required to pay an additional administrative charge.

Please note: as we are a teaching clinic, the importance of patient attendance for the students’ experience, skill building, and completion of their required clinical hours is vital. Therefore, if you make two or more cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice from your appointment time you will be placed back onto our waiting list.
