I chose the University of Westminster to pursue a career in photography. After thorough research on various universities, I found that Westminster offers excellent academic and disability support. Tell us about your course and what have you particularly enjoyed?
My course offered a mix of theoretical and practical lessons on photography, which were essential for my development as a photographer. I particularly enjoyed the practical lessons, where I had the opportunity to experiment with various photographic processes, lighting techniques, and cameras.
How have you found academic support as part of your studies?
My tutors have always been available to support me, offering regular one-to-one sessions where I’ve learned new techniques and valuable information. Their guidance has played a significant role in shaping the photographer I am today.
Are there any stand-out facilities associated with your course?
In my opinion, the Photography department at Westminster has some of the best facilities in London. The lighting equipment and technical support provided by the technicians are exceptional, greatly enhancing the learning experience.
What would your advice be to someone considering studying at Westminster?

What's the best aspect of being a University of Westminster student?
I would say the best aspect is the environment. It's calming, vibrant, and diverse, creating a perfect atmosphere for learning and personal growth.
What’s the most surprising or unexpected aspect of your Westminster experience?
The photography store. I was amazed by the wide variety of cameras and equipment available for students to borrow.
